3 celery (stalk) (~4 oz)
3 carrot (~6 oz)
½ avocado (~3 ½ oz)
2 ¾ oz feta cheese
optional: 2 tsp lemon juice
optional: 1 spring onion (~1 oz)
optional: 2 ½ tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
optional: ¾ tsp black pepper
optional: a tiny bit of salt
Wash, peel, and cut carrot into sticks. Wash and remove leaves from celery and cut into sticks. Set on a plate.
Wash and chop spring onions. Peel, remove pit, and chop avocado. Wash parsley.
Add avocado, feta cheese, lemon juice, spring onion, parsley, salt and pepper to food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
Serve dip with carrot and celery sticks.
